I made a rather large order with carbon4us and i am very very happy i did. This store is as serious as they come. They dont have everything on site so it can take some time but the parts and costumer service is top notch! I got one wrong part and Pablo was quick to sort it out without any expenses to me. ! Thank you guys i will return for more parts!
I ordered a few John Doe Motorsports items and I wasn't sure about sizing. I emailed them and got a response in a few minutes helping me out with everything. I also ordered Muc Off products for cleaning and protecting my bike. The shipment was fast and everything went perfect. Very happy with my purchase
Zero English language skills, zero customer support! They claim they have items in stock and are shipped, which are not, and they don't provide a tracking number. Can't reach them on the phone and no reply via email. They won't cancel the order and issue a refund. I will have to call my bank and ask for a chargeback. AVOID!!!
I was chasing a relatively rare part for an older Ducati - Having searched the internet, I managed to find the part at Carbon4us. Living in Australia there is always concerns with shipping and timely delivery.Carbon4us ticked all the boxes with excellent price, shipping and communication. Will definitely be going back to their business for future requirements.

The ordered exhaust didn't fit my bike and it was caused by a misunderstanding. Due to holidays in Spain the first reply took a while but after that Pablo communicated almost daily to get the issue solved. He also needed a feedback from the manufacturer which apparently took a while too.They accepted the return of the item and proceeded to refund the total order amount.Didn't work this time but due to their customer service I'll go back to their shop again.
