I was interested in purchasing replacement door mirror covers for my BMW X5 but I wasn’t sure how to go about fitting them. I made enquiries with the company and was given guidance with a video clip. It gave me the confidence to have a go at the fitting. As it turned out the process was very simple and took only 10 minutes to complete. The new covers look superb on the car.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with unparalleled customer service. I liaised back and forth with Michael over a number of weeks sorting a sooqoo carbon fibre kit for my bmw i4. Always responded the same day with no questions left unanswered. Once ordered I was kept up to date with delivery times and on arrival the quality of the packaging and the way each piece was individually wrapped for transit was impeccable. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
If i could give zero i would. Amg style diffuser, doesnt fit, cheap plastic, too smallFor the bumper, phoned and getting argued with, accusing the installers when they are a company who fits them for a living? as soon as you have a complaint they turn sour, no help or asking me to return, they are now ignoring me as i stated my consumers rights and that my solicitors involved, avoid it avoid this one i have photos, statements, and trading standards involved and all photos to show company ignoring me but flagging my review
Absolutely fantastic serviceIf you are reading these reviews to see if this company is reliable.. dont waste your time here as there is no need. GO PLACE THAT ORDER!! You will not be disappointed. I ordered the C Class W205/C205 rear C63 style defuser with Black exhaust tips between Christmas and New Year.. (thinking I'd maybe get it, in the middle of January), and the very well packaged box arrived the very Next Day.. The defuser itself is an absolute perfect fit and makes my car look completely different at the rear now.. Can't recommend Carbon Factory enough.. I will certainly be using again
