I wish I had read these reviews. Please do not go here. They have EXTREMELY shady billing practices. I expressly told the woman at the front desk at the Austin Arboretum location I did not want my card placed on file. It's an FSA card and I need to authorize every charge. She said okay, then apparently proceeded to place my card on file without my authorization. I read EVERY form I signed, and I did not authorize it. She obviously did an electronic consent without my permission. Weeks later, I get a $10 bill and before I could even pay it, I get a "Thank you for your payment," and an email receipt. Huh???? Now, I have no idea if/when I'll get another random charge. Then, billing just keeps rerouting you and the providers play dumb like they don't know what's going on. I advise EACH AND EVERY PERSON who has dealt with this to complain to the attorney general in your state if they accept these complaints. Then complain to the state medical board and your insurance company. Be sure to also name the provider. That's the only way companies like this will be held accountable.
