The doctor appointment was fine, my problem was really about the billing. My insurance company handled the scheduling of my appointment. My appointment was rescheduled to a day earlier than originally booked, but they managed to keep two appointments in their systems and charge me for a no-show. In other words, their mistake is something I should pay for. It's impossible to get a hold of them they threaten with collection instead of looking at the mail I've sent. Totally unprofessional. If capitalism works companies like this should go out of business.
