I placed an order on August 17, 2025 with CarbonKlean. They immediately charged my credit card and have still not given me any information about shipment. Additionally, their website only lists my order as placed! I have emailed them 3 times with no responses. Their phone number is for a different company. My final email requested a refund and I filed a dispute with my credit card company.**Update** My third email mentioned that I was filing a dispute. They answered that, after ignoring my two previous emails. They finally listened, canceled my order like I requested, and issued refund to my credit card.
