Wish I could give them less than 1 star because they don’t even deserve that. I placed an order in November 2025 and they had no problem taking my $82 but they don’t follow through. I still haven’t received my order and have sent them at least 5 follow-up emails. The ONLY response I received is the same stupid automated response that they are behind and thank you for your patience. Such a joke. I don’t understand how companies like this can stay in business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Product ordered 12/25/2025. No tracking notices, no information. Checking on filing dispute on payment with my card company. Disappointed because I like the product and it works for me. I need the replacement pads and ordered extra cleaners to have on hand.
Ordered a cleaner for eyeglasses in mid-December. Payment was taken from my credit card immediately. Product did not come so about four weeks in I started trying to reach customer service. I have reached out four times now and have heard nothing back and still do not have the product.
Do not order from this company, they are scammers. The customer service number is out of service. I contacted afterpay about this purchase and provided all the information for the claim…..nothing was resolved and never received the product but took my money.
