I bought a device through a marketplace, but it's not functioning properly. I've attempted to contact the seller multiple times via email to resolve the issue or initiate a warranty claim, but they completely ignore my messages. To make matters worse, the marketplace does not provide a direct contact option, leaving customers unprotected. It's unacceptable to sell high-end electronics and then disappear when there's a problem. I'm still waiting for a response and a solution. Avoid this seller if you want reliable warranty support.
