Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the seller via email for assistance or to initiate a warranty claim, my messages have been ignored. To add to the frustration, the marketplace does not offer a direct contact option, leaving customers vulnerable. It's unacceptable to sell premium electronics and then be unresponsive when issues arise. I'm still awaiting a reply and a resolution. I recommend avoiding this seller if you value reliable warranty support.

If you want customer service, avoid this seller. I filed a complaint with local authorities. This is my first complaint regarding a marketplace purchase.
