I've been a customer for years, and this has been my worst experience. The item did NOT arrive despite payment. The seller hardly responds to inquiries. If you want customer service, avoid this seller. I filed a complaint with local authorities. This is my first complaint regarding a marketplace purchase. I provided the requested details and my name on the invoice.
