My unit has been working perfectly when a small issue recently came up Kalli at Carbon Savers went above and beyond to help me. It’s such a refreshing experience to be listened to and helped by someone with knowledge who can explain things in a really easy way. She even sent me some information after so I could learn more about my system. I will trust if any future issues happen I can call on her to help.The best part was she solved the problem with me over the phone without needing to send out someone which saved time and stress. It just shows how much Kalli and the whole Carbon Savers team care about their customers.
