We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with both Michael and Ash from the sales team. What we liked best about the experience was we were dealing with friendly, kind people that actually cared about our needs, as opposed to just trying to lock in a deal for themselves. We were able to build rapport with Michael and Ash on a personal level prior to talking about business, which showed that they were kind and helped us trust them and the company.
The installers were much the same. Very professional, but personable too. They were efficient and worked well as a team.
