Alex was great from the very beginning. Quite knowledgeable about the whole process and honest enough to let us know when he needed to check to get us the exact answer we needed to our questions. The tradesmen were very efficient and were done within the time they said they would be. We're also very happy with their installation of our Heat Pump - very neat and respectful of our property.
