I regret that my residential parking bay is a bit awkward, leading to three instances where individuals not residing in my apartment block parked next to me and caused damage to my car when leaving. I purchased my car new and enrolled in a service plan. A technician came to fix some paint damage but used the wrong paint. When another technician attempted to correct the issue, he informed me that this was a temporary fix, and the color was slightly off. Based on his statement about the temporary nature of the repair, I assumed it would be addressed later and signed his iPad. I now feel misled, as signing meant I was accepting subpar work. Car care has informed me that I must accept this since I signed, even though the technician used incorrect paint. After paying for four years, I requested to leave and receive a refund, which was denied. I've invested a significant amount of money, and my car's value has decreased, partly due to the paintwork. I now have to accept a lower trade-in price. Car care employs technicians who are not performing their jobs correctly. The claim that the repair was temporary feels deceitful. I wouldn't recommend this service, and I've expressed my dissatisfaction to my car dealership that recommended them.
