My policy was cancelled because a customer service agent failed to properly save my card details after I provided all the information to set up the direct debit. Instead of resolving the mistake, the company cancelled my policy and refused to reinstate it or even offer me a new quote.
I made several phone calls and sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue, but there was no willingness to help. The whole situation caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.
It feels like this company treats customers as if they do not need them. Fortunately, I was able to find insurance elsewhere, but the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
