I pre-ordered items in early September, which were released to the public in November. I haven't received any tracking information or communication from the company. I've sent multiple emails in the past week requesting updates, including a cancellation and refund request. My previous experience was questionable but manageable, but now they haven't even acknowledged my inquiries. The phone number listed is unrecognized. I doubt I will receive my order or my money back.
