I pre-ordered a booster box in September, and even though the set was released in November, I have yet to receive my item. The support team is also unresponsive to my emails regarding the order. This has been a frustrating experience, and I may need to escalate the issue.
Avoid making any purchases from this seller; it's a waste of money. I placed an order for a booster bundle and an ETB, but I didn't receive any updates for more than a month. When I reached out via email to inquire about my order since I would be away, they canceled it without my approval, claiming it was for the best. There was no mention of a refund. I've sent several emails since then with no reply, and now it's been over 30 days without any resolution.
I placed multiple pre-orders for products related to Mega Evolutions and Phantasmal Flames. The release dates have passed without any communication from the company. When I inquired about the status, I was informed that a definitive dispatch date couldn't be provided. While I don't want to jump to conclusions, it appears from other feedback that they may have accepted more pre-orders than they can manage. I requested to cancel all my orders and was told on November 20th that my order number was tagged for cancellation and would be processed soon. Weeks went by with no updates, and despite following up twice, I received no response. I have now had to initiate a chargeback through my credit card provider to attempt to recover my funds. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Even a rough estimate or acknowledgment would have been appreciated, but I've received nothing. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this company at all.

I recently discovered that the company has entered liquidation as of October. They have not responded to any of my emails, and I have yet to receive a refund. It was clear that the individuals running this operation were simply taking money for their own benefit. I've reported this situation to my bank and trading standards.
Like many others, I paid £200 in September for a pre-order and have heard nothing since. Checking company records, I see that the owner is attempting to dissolve the company. It’s disappointing to see someone trying to take people's money and disappear. I encourage anyone who has been affected to contact their banks for refunds.
