I placed an order with Card Mart and only received half of what I paid for. I’ve sent several emails over the past few weeks asking for an update or explanation, but I haven’t received a single reply. It’s very frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue politely. Even when I search my order number on their website, it clearly shows only half of the items as “sent,” so they must be aware that the full order hasn’t been delivered. Yet, they’ve done nothing to fix it or even acknowledge my messages.At this point, I just want a refund and to have nothing more to do with them.
