I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. I placed over £500 on Pokémon pre-orders, and now, three months later, I'm disputing payments with my bank. It's not worth pre-ordering with them. When I tried to get a refund, the response time was incredibly slow, so I've had to involve my bank. Additionally, their phone lines don’t seem to connect. This has been a frustrating experience.
