I was going out of the county two days from the date of my car accident. Mike at this organization made it his business to expedite my request to get my vehicle at the town of storage area that I would not have to worry while gone out of the country. The next day it was done. I met the towing driver at the location requested. BAAM done. Thank you Mike for your outstanding service and the tow driver ( I forgot his name) forgive me. First thing was your prompt response-- no waiting to hear from you. I appreciate that. I called on Friday and Monday my car was picked up, no hassles. I was able to share all the information over the phone and when the tow truck driver came all paper work was in order. I appreciate the ease of donating. Thank you.
I was worried whether my Salvage Transfer of Title Certificate would be accepted, and fortunately it is. My car was picked up on time and they can use it to denote, sell, or for parts. I appreciate the flexibility of the program. Also, someone was patient in the beginning and called me back repeatedly to make sure I was onboard. I appreciate them too!
Everybody I dealt with was so incredibly professional. They called when they said they would and the car was towed away in less than 24 hours from my call to donate it. I would definitely call them again if I ever have a large donation like this. Thank you!!
