I called their office and spoke with a lady who was extremely rude. I emailed the same day, and it seems the same person may be handling emails as well, because I still haven’t received any response. They also left my green bin behind without giving any explanation. This is unacceptable. I hope the business owners are aware of how unprofessional and discourteous their staff are.
I have been a loyal customer with Oxigen for over 15 years and, until now, I have never had an issue like this. My bins were not lifted today because my account balance was €21 instead of the required €25. While I understand that policies must be followed, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.I contacted customer service and I would like to say that the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful, and I understand that this was not her fault. However, I was told I would now have to wait two weeks for my next scheduled collection, which I find very unfair.Given my long-standing service with Oxigen, I feel some flexibility could have been shown, such as arranging a collection within the next few days once the account was topped up. Being left without a bin collection for two weeks over a small shortfall seems excessive and not reflective of good customer care.

I've only been with this company two months and already they've missed a compost collection three times. Only one of these was accompanied with a courtesy text. It really feels like they can't be bothered. I'm elderly and they're probably thinking I don't even know what day it is, nevermind the hassle of putting the bin out and back again. Maybe I can't be bothered paying my next direct debit!
Very happy with the service this time.They called in advance to tell me about the skip arriving and they again called me the day before the skip was to be picked up to make sure it's ready to go.Arrived on the day agreed and picked up 2 days later again as per my wishes.100%
Black Bin was not collected this morning because there was a balance of only €6.30 in my account. I overlooked topping up my account. You would think that after 27 years of being a loyal customer the bin would have been collected and a text message would issue to remind me to top up the account, afterwards. So much for good customer service?
Not good at all. Joined 6 weeks ago and have had only 1 collection, even though bins were out the night before. Reported all of the missed collections and nothing. Response was to "leave your bin out at the next pick up time", I was going to do this anyway and hope for the best. Have now cancelled my contract with them. Panda Waste it is.Should also add never get a reply to an email to customer service. 3 emails sent and nothing back. Still no response from an email sent on 12 Jan. My bins are on the road waiting to be collected and nothing.
