CardPointe provides terrible customer service. They only have one rep is is any good and her name is Mary Sweeney. Brian Flock is their sales rep and he will flat out lie to you and he promises that everything will be wonderful and then everything is horrible. If you are a business owner and love frustration then this is your company. However, if you like proper customer support then I would suggest trying one of the many other options.
