I use this card regularly, but I was shocked to see interest charges on my bill. My account is set to pay the statement balance a week before the due date! I've never faced this issue before. This feels like a scam aimed at taking my money. I've always paid my balance in full without problems, but now I'm frustrated. I reached out to customer support, who said they would escalate my complaint, but I never received any follow-up. I'm extremely disappointed and will stop using this card.
