Terrible Customer Service Experience

The customer service for this rewards card has been horrendous. I've had previous issues and usually avoid contacting them, but I had to call when I got locked out of my account. The experience was a disaster. It was the worst service I've encountered, even worse than other banks. They outsource their jobs overseas to representatives with limited English skills, which is disappointing given the job opportunities available domestically. The executives should be embarrassed.
