I've had this card for a while, but it’s been locked for two months due to continuous requests for additional documents from their security team. They refuse to close my account despite my repeated requests. I've spent so much time on the phone, and today I was asked to resend documents I submitted a month ago because there were no notes from their team. The representatives have been unhelpful and rude. At this point, I just want to close the account as this has been the worst experience with a card issuer.
