We had a frustrating experience with the bank servicing this credit card. After applying two weeks ago, we received the cards but couldn't access our online account. Despite several attempts, we faced issues signing in. A representative was helpful and created a case for IT to grant us access, but we were told it could take up to two months. We’ve never faced such a delay with other credit cards. We're now considering switching airlines due to this poor support.
