Disappointing Experience with Account Management

This is the most frustrating company I've dealt with. I had a gap card in good standing for years, but after the takeover, everything went downhill. I enrolled in their assistance program due to temporary financial issues, but they closed my account without notifying me. I set my payment to autopay on a chosen date, only to find late fees being charged because they expected it earlier. After adjusting my due date and payment amount, I noticed an unauthorized withdrawal. I had to dispute this with my bank and canceled autopay to manage payments manually.
