Very Unsatisfactory Customer Service

The customer service is extremely poor! Calls are routed overseas, and even local numbers are unhelpful. Representatives put calls on hold for long periods or hang up when they don't want to assist. When I requested to speak to a manager or relevant departments, I was told they couldn't transfer me and would only submit a ticket for a callback later. After opening an online account, it was linked to a closed credit account, and I faced issues accessing it. Multiple calls have not resolved the situation; it has only worsened.
