I use this card daily, but upon checking my bill, I noticed I was charged interest. How is that possible? My account is set to automatically pay the full statement balance a week before the due date! I've never encountered this problem before. It feels like a scam and a blatant money grab. I have consistently paid my balance in full without issues until now. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that my complaint would be escalated, but I never received any follow-up. I'm extremely disappointed and will be stopping my use of this card.
