I made a complaint here about how long it's been taking for my order to arrive and they pinned on brazillian customs, which is fine, I know they've very rigid procedures, but now they closed my purchase on the system as if it had arrived, which it didn't! This is absurd! I want something done now! I've been waiting too long for this order.
