The support team was incredibly friendly and patient, even when I was feeling a bit anxious due to my lack of online shopping experience. If you're looking to purchase multiple items with just one shipment, this is definitely the way to go!
This was my second experience with the service, and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the shipping cost about 19€. Upon receiving the UPS package in pristine condition, I was dismayed to find the box unsealed, opened, and damaged. Nearly half of my cards sustained some damage, and one card worth 0.15€ was missing. When I attempted to report these issues, I encountered a generic ticket for the order and another for specific problems. Neither addressed my situation directly, so I submitted the form for the missing card and the generic ticket for the main issue. To my surprise, after resolving the minor issue and receiving a refund for the 15 cents, the specific menu was locked. I received a response to the other ticket, suggesting I should use the locked menu. I tried to explain the situation in the automated email response, but there was no way to have a conversation or share pictures on their website. After 10 days with no response, I submitted another generic ticket, but it seems the service has little interest in addressing my concerns. After several days of uncertainty: 1. I requested a refund for the shipping through PayPal.
2. After nearly a month of ignoring my requests, they asked for pictures (which I had already sent to PayPal). It was unclear how to send them, so I did so via the notification email from the service.
3. A week later, I received an email from PayPal stating that the service agreed to refund the shipping.
4. However, when I tried to log in for updates, I discovered that my account had been suspended, despite having some cards stored with them and a small credit balance. This situation is quite disappointing from my perspective.
While it might be excellent for buyers, my experience as a seller in the CT Zero scheme has been extremely disappointing. The customer service is nearly non-existent, which is unacceptable in this context. It's nearly impossible to grow a business under these conditions. I had plans to expand my activities from one platform to another, but after struggling to ship a card and promptly notifying customer service, I was left without assistance. I was directed to my assigned agent who didn’t respond, and attempts to reach out via the main email also went unanswered. Instead, they kept sending generic messages about the undeliverable card and ultimately suspended my account, disregarding my situation. It's truly unfortunate. The slow customer service will negatively impact the selling experience and deter potential buyers. I’ll be sticking with my original platform.

The Zero scheme seems great, but there's a hidden shipping fee that wasn't disclosed in the pricing. I would not have ordered if I had known. After placing my order, I discovered that cancellations or modifications aren't allowed, leaving me stuck. I either have to pay an unreasonable extra fee or lose both the money and the cards. I feel misled and that the service is misrepresented. I bought cards worth 42 but have to pay 22 just to receive them.
I mistakenly ordered a lot of cards in a language I'm not familiar with and reached out for help. Within two days, they removed the incorrect cards from my order, and the funds were credited to my wallet. Their customer service was truly helpful!
My experience with the Zero scheme has been great. The app efficiently manages everything from selection to ordering cards. It's a fantastic idea. I'm hopeful that the order processing continues smoothly, but so far, it's been excellent!
