Setting up the service is straightforward; while it takes some time to develop support plans and timelines to a high standard, the actual process is easy. The standardized support plan template covers everything needed, including risk assessments. Creating personalized timelines for individuals we support has been seamless, allowing our reported data to be relevant and beneficial. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I continue to enjoy being part of this journey.
