A frustrating care plan platform for complex needs

This care plan platform is extremely disappointing, particularly for nursing homes with intricate requirements. Nurses shouldn't have to spend time figuring out how to adjust settings. While I may not be a tech expert, the experience is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Whenever I sought assistance, the trainer was either uninformed or provided incorrect guidance. The automated help is ineffective as well. I would prefer any other system over this one, especially with impending inspections. If it were up to me, I would switch to a different platform.

This care plan platform is extremely disappointing, particularly for nursing homes with intricate needs. Nurses shouldn't have to struggle to define parameters or search for ways to make adjustments. While I may not be tech-savvy, the experience is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. When I sought support, the trainer was either uninformed or provided incorrect guidance. The help resources are also inadequate. I would prefer another system altogether; the looming oversight from regulatory bodies makes me anxious about using this one. If I had the option to switch platforms, I would, but it's not within my control.

A Disheartening Experience

My journey with this service has been thoroughly disheartening from beginning to end. Their customer support is, in my view, among the least responsive and least helpful I've encountered. Attempting to get assistance feels futile; messages go unanswered, follow-ups yield no results, and my concerns seem to be ignored. The contractual side is even more aggravating. It appears they are more interested in securing agreements than in providing ongoing support, especially after I've expressed my desire not to renew. Every attempt to reach them has been fruitless. Overall, this experience has left me feeling trapped, unheard, and deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to examine every detail closely and be ready for minimal support post-commitment. Based on my experience, their level of care and communication is alarmingly inadequate.

The Worst Customer Support Experience Ever

My experience with this service has been nothing short of draining and disappointing. Their customer support is nearly nonexistent, with slow responses, vague answers, and an overall impression that no one is genuinely interested in resolving issues. Every effort I made to seek clarification or assistance left me feeling overlooked and disregarded. The contract process was even more frustrating, seemingly designed to lock you in while offering minimal support afterward. Once signed, good luck getting anyone to address concerns or acknowledge ongoing problems. With no meaningful help and no accountability, dealing with this service has been one of my most frustrating experiences with any provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to tread carefully and ensure they fully understand what they are committing to.

An Outstanding Experience

We have been utilizing this service for about 18 months, with our final site going live around 10 months ago. From the very start, the support we received was exceptional. We had comprehensive training, a very engaged project manager, and an excellent support desk. Setting up the service is straightforward; while it takes some time to develop support plans and timelines to a high standard, the actual process is easy. The standardized support plan template covers everything needed, including risk assessments. Creating personalized timelines for individuals we support has been seamless, allowing our reported data to be relevant and beneficial. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I continue to enjoy being part of this journey.

Appalling Customer Care

The customer care is appalling; it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. The app has been nonfunctional for almost four days, and there is no information regarding a resolution in sight. We keep being told that a different team will be in touch within the next 48 hours. This is unacceptable, especially when this is touted as the leading care app. We are unable to deliver the necessary care because the app is consistently unreliable!

Terrible Customer Service

I have encountered some of the worst customer service ever. I'm facing an issue with appointment confirmations, and until this is resolved, I cannot process payments or generate invoices. I reported this yesterday morning, but there has been no update. My emails have gone unanswered, and I can't reach anyone by phone. We plan to move away from this service as soon as possible. Previously, responses to support emails have always been slow, and we also face an issue where staff cannot access one individual's care plan, yet they claim there’s no problem on their end.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would

I would give zero stars if possible. We were very satisfied with the previous service, but after the merger, everything changed. They seem completely lost. Accessing support takes days. Running a home care business is already stressful, and this has only added to the burden. I truly wish the previous service hadn't merged with them.

A Major Mistake with the Acquisition

The acquisition of the previous service has been a significant mistake. Support is virtually nonexistent with this company. All phone lines seem to go to voicemail, and no one ever follows up. The only aspect worth using is the rostering system.
