I chose CareADHD as my Right to Choose provider around June/July 2025 because they were offering significantly quicker access to care compared to other providers at the time.
While I receive my ADHD diagnosis in October 2025, I am still waiting for titration many months later. Despite repeatedly asking for updates, I have only received generic responses mentioning “high demand,” with no clear timeframe or meaningful communication. I have also submitted a formal complaint but have not received a satisfactory response or any indication of when treatment will begin.
What is particularly frustrating is seeing others in very similar situations progress through titration much faster. This lack of transparency and consistency makes the process feel unfair and dismissive of those still waiting.
Long delays and unclear communication have a significant impact, especially for people with ADHD, where waiting itself has worsened my symptoms and daily functioning.
CareADHD needs to be transparent about waiting times, set realistic expectations, and treat patients consistently and fairly. So far, my experience tells me they are failing to meet those standards.
