They sent the same technician who spent two hours and left the heating on full, suggesting that it would resolve the air issue in the system. Upon returning home and adjusting the heating, I found I now had no hot water. I would have been better off handling the repairs myself. What am I paying for monthly? It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and receive such poor support.
