Warning to all landlords: verify your gas certificates! They left sections incomplete, provided incorrect information, and misspelled names, rendering the documents useless in court. This hindered my ability to pursue a non-paying tenant under section 21, despite having paid fully for each certificate. It's unacceptable! When I requested corrections, it took nine different representatives 18 working days to address the issues. The area manager was unhelpful, even admitting to guessing the spelling of the tenant's name, which is not valid in court. Furthermore, when a reliable tenant had a leaking radiator, the call handler simply stated they had no one available since it was the weekend. Yet, they continued to charge me three subscription fees each month. I strongly advise against using this service; they cannot be relied upon to send qualified engineers. This review reflects the reality of my experience. Save your money and do not engage with this service.

Now, I’m left waiting over a week for repairs on a leaking boiler and a broken radiator, both caused by their technicians.
I scheduled a time slot for a repair concerning a valve issue. The plumber arrived on time, identified the problem, and informed me that the system was old and needed new parts. He accurately estimated the time required and had all the necessary components. The repair and adjustments were completed within the promised time frame. Everything is functioning well now, and I’m very pleased with the plumber's work.
