This is my third review, and I'm still waiting for a leaking boiler to be repaired, which started leaking only after an engineer visit. The only technician they send is the one who broke a valve and left significant faults. The boiler's balloon was punctured, requiring me to re-pressurize it multiple times daily, yet he claimed everything was fine and departed. Another leaking radiator was dismissed as having no issue, with ridiculous claims about my pet causing the mess. Now, I’m left waiting over a week for repairs on a leaking boiler and a broken radiator, both caused by their technicians.
