I tried to use Rightio yesterday (as I made the mistake of joining their ‘care club’ and paying a monthly fee. The plumber was supposed to arrive by 11.00 but was a no-show. No-one at the Rightio customer service line picked up (I called throughout the day trying to get an ETA), no-one responded on the automated chat help, and by the time they called me at 16.30 to let me know that the plumber was ‘a bit delayed’ I’d already had to call out and pay another company to do the job as I couldn’t take another day off work the following day. Now to top it all off, ‘care club’ is charging me for the remaining 6 months of my contract when I cancelled it, despite never having been able to use the care club once as their plumbers don’t show up. RIP-off merchants, avoid at all costs.
