As a disabled veteran on a fixed income, my dental bill escalated from $2000 in 2023 to over $5411 now. They even blocked my online access, forcing me to call to make payments. Recently, I was on hold for over two hours with multiple representatives. The customer service is lacking, with agents being unhelpful and rude. They refused to assist me in resolving the issue regarding my late payment. Please avoid this service! It seems to be a scam. I cannot comprehend why they are still in business despite numerous complaints.
