This service is inconsistent, disorganized, and feels like a scam! I pay my bills early and call to confirm everything is on track, only to find unexpected charges on my account weeks later. When I contacted them, a so-called manager informed me that I was charged for insufficient funds, which makes no sense! It's disheartening how companies like this exploit their customers.
