I've been suffering from fibro myalgia for many years and have tried so many products but none have helped. Over the last 4-5 months I have been having a particularly bad time with really bad joint pain which has really impacted on every aspect of my day to day living. I was recommended this product and to be honest wasn't expecting much as I've tried curcumin before with little effect, however after just a few days of taking I am already feeling some real benefit in my joints. I will need to be taking at least a month or two before seeing any long term benefits but as it stands at the moment it seems very promising. Will review again at a later date.
