Like most of the other reviews I've received out of date product on 3 occasions. The last 2 deliveries had BBE June 2025 - more than 9 months out of date. Emailed then twice about this but got no response. Have cancelled my subscription. If you're not a fan of out of date products I'd give them a miss

I've now had four batches with a BBE June 25.So two in December and two in January. I've sent 6 emails over the last three weeks, absolutely nothing back from them.Does anyone have a phone number for them or where their offices are based. They have one week to respond to me, next stop the Food Standards Agency Please respond to my emails.
Was happy with product. However, recent deliveries have a best before date of June 2025. No response from the ‘contact us’ form on website or via the email address stated when getting a delivery confirmation. Hence, non-existent customer care. Delivering out of date product is a red flag for me that the company is struggling (personal opinion). It’s seems like other reviews have a similar view…out of date product being delivered. Subscription cancelled.
