The main thing would be to communicate how long it takes to use it if it isn't right away.Original: When you sign up it takes 2-3 days to get your member id. So if you are having a dental pain problem, what can you do???? wait??? It does not tell you that you can not use the service. In fact, it lies in the review email saying you can call to get the member id when you are waiting. If you call the support, they tell you to wait 1-2 days because it is not in their system. (tried 2 times to call support to get member id)
