Updated: they got me the number later that day and followed up a few times. thanks again for catching onto the problem I ran into. The main thing would be to communicate how long it takes to use it if it isn't right away.Original: When you sign up it takes 2-3 days to get your member id. So if you are having a dental pain problem, what can you do???? wait??? It does not tell you that you can not use the service. In fact, it lies in the review email saying you can call to get the member id when you are waiting. If you call the support, they tell you to wait 1-2 days because it is not in their system. (tried 2 times to call support to get member id)
Website should explain why was application unavailable last night. My assumption was outside of a business hours.The plan starts in first day of current month, which gave me one week to access since I applied at 23th day AND it was kinda urgent, sticky situation [not at emergency point, yet].
