Sumant has Dementia and no communication ability. Therefore he cannot do his survey.I am satisfied with service provided by CareLinx. Need more easy contact by phone when needed.The caregivers who have worked with us have always been frustrated having to answer so many questions every time they login for a client. Sometimes the questions range from 70 to over 100! This also takes their time from caring or attending their patients. The questions are based on patients’ care plan and for every item one has to click and go to next screen to answer detail questions. This is required for every session! Why can’t this be simplified and made less time consuming. My concern is that some one like my husband who is 92, very weak, suffering from dementia, wheelchair bound and requires continuous supervision is being neglected while the caregiver is so engrossed in reading, following, and answering all those questions. The caregivers are good caring workers and they have skills but NOT college degrees!
