Awful awful awful. Bernadette is an awful person to deal with, assuming no responsibility for anything that went wrong, which was basically everything. They were late, a man short, had the wrong vehicle, broke stuff, lost stuff, were abusive in the street to each other and drive off before we could inspect the vehicle. Provided no boxes. Avoid at all costs, and don’t believe a word she says.Edit: You’re welcome, but it’s not a nasty review. It’s a fair and honest appraisal of you and your service. You don’t (can’t!) deny any of my complaints, yet you refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. That was the choice you made. So don’t complain about your review.
