I returned a jacket because it was too short. At no point was I informed that the item was faulty or incomplete, and I had no reason to believe it was (the jacket arrived without any tags, just wrapped in plastic with a barcode). When I returned it, my return was rejected due to a missing label, which was never included in the original shipment! It's unfortunate that the company can quality-check returns but not outgoing shipments, placing the responsibility on customers to identify mistakes and rejecting their returns. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
