But mainly the selection of clothes are superb and if order on sale a lot of attractive options and the description of product is above my high expectation

I have yet to receive a refund for my order, which could not be delivered despite my post code being clearly provided. The order status indicates it remains in my country, but I am unable to collect it. The customer service has been unhelpful, and I still have not received my refund.
I returned a jacket because it was too short. At no time was I made aware that the item was faulty or incomplete, and I had no reason to suspect it was (the jacket arrived without any tags, just wrapped in plastic with a barcode). When I attempted to return it, my return was denied due to a missing label, which was never included in the original shipment! It's quite unfortunate that the company can quality-check returns but not outgoing packages, shifting the responsibility onto customers to identify errors and rejecting their returns. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I am very disappointed with the company. I ordered a cashmere cotton polo shirt, but received a cotton jersey shirt instead. The difference is obvious to anyone who processed the order. Now I have the inconvenience of returning it, and I will likely have to bear the cost. Very poor experience.
My first order went smoothly (extra star for that), but my second order was a hassle. I spent several days trying to complete my purchase, but the system kept prompting me to choose a shipping method with no options available. I contacted support multiple times and only received unhelpful replies. I also reached out via messaging, but the agent abruptly ended the chat without following up. They sent me a promo code that expired just hours later. This should have been a simple order, but it turned into a complete hassle. Not recommending this service.
I was very impressed with the service. My items arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and the extras like the care guide were a nice touch. It's clear they care about their customers. I did have an issue with a return due to a courier error, but the customer service team handled it swiftly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this service!
