I tried Carepatron because I could for free before I paid for it and because their prices are cheaper than other services. However, the only way to get help was to set up a Zoom meeting, even though it says phone call, which I did. The person entered the Zoom meeting late, and then because I couldn't hear him immediately just hung up without trying to troubleshoot the issue. I really like good customer service, so I decided not to use my account, but I can't delete it. There is nowhere in the account to delete your account. I emailed them to ask them to delete my account. They said they would, but the account is still there. I checked. Then I emailed them again asking them to delete the account and nobody responded. I'm glad I didn't use the service.Edit: My review was flagged for “harmful or illegal content.” I re-read this and all I see is my true experience that I can prove with emails and screenshots. I don’t think it’s right to have reviews pulled down because companies don’t like them, especially when it was my experience.
