I got my products but they need to care more about packaging. The big bottles I ordered were just shipped loose with other products resulting in damages. Luckily the free samples were smashed but it's not ideal to open a box with pieces of broken hard plastic all through your order. I wrote to them because one product also leaked out of its bottle and so that they were aware of my experience including pictures but they won't compensate because they need "more proof". You should care about your customer's experience more and maybe take care to not package heavy bottles with fragile items (or maybe invest in some bubble wrap).
