Feel so stupid for ordering from this company. I was swayed by the 'fast delivery to UK' - within a week! Nah mate, what a joke. Its been 2 weeks now, no update from them. Used the tracking provided on original order. My parcel hasn't even left Portugal! But it said it'd arrive within 1 week!
Used the customer service chat, they kindly let me know if I havent received parcel by 11th APRIL(!!!) I could get a refund.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Disappointing Order Experience

I placed an order for a razor blade with handle and refill for $43.41 plus shipping. It took two weeks to arrive, and when I opened the package, I only found two handles and two blades. I expected one handle with four blades. After emailing the support team, they insisted it was correct. However, the picture on the order page clearly showed one handle with four blades, and the invoice at checkout confirmed this. I will not be ordering from this platform again.

This service is highly disappointing. I placed an order for 4 items, but was informed that 2 were unavailable and was asked how to proceed. I requested that the available items be shipped, yet I received no response or refund for my order. When I reached out to the support team, they promised to follow up, but I never heard back.

Pros:• A wide selection of products• A user-friendly website• Customer support is accessible• Various promotions availableCons:I placed an order for nearly €600 and received just one sample — a BB cream. It would have been better to include nothing at all, as one sample feels quite inadequate.I ordered an ionic brush with a lithium battery. I think items like this should be packaged more securely, perhaps in bubble wrap, rather than just being placed in the box.Half of the products arrived opened. I assume the person who packed the order checked the contents, but it would be better to close the box properly.Some products are over two years old. While they are not expired, I would prefer fresher items instead of those that have been stored for so long.The app has been malfunctioning for the past two months, particularly regarding user authentication. The issue is not on my end, as I have followed all the necessary steps.And lastly, the box was not packed aesthetically — the products were loosely placed in a large box and moved around chaotically during transport due to insufficient filler material. This is more of an observation than a drawback.
